From skeptic to believer
The check-out flexibility was appreciated, extending my stay a notch, though cleanliness could improve.
The front desk staff's lack of acknowledgment and the broken ice machine brought dissatisfaction.

The room was cozy and clean, but
the overall experience was marred by noisy neighbors upstairs. On a positive note, the hotel is conveniently located next to a store, making it easy to grab snacks. However, soundproofing could definitely use some attention.

The King Room was pretty disappointing. It was unclean with dust in corners, which I couldn't ignore. There was a loofah from the previous guest in the shower. I did enjoy the cozy vibe despite that, but it didn’t make up for the overall lack of cleanliness. Also, the front desk staff didn’t seem bothered by our requests, which made it worse.

I truly enjoyed the cozy atmosphere of my room, which was clean and decorated with warm, welcoming colors. The quiet part of town made it easy for me to relax and feel at home during my stay.
More accessibility features for seniors would help.

missingWrote a review on 16 Mayunclean room
Upon arrival, I encountered a double charging issue, where I was asked for my card despite having paid through Apple Pay. The initial room was unkempt, featuring a dirty washrag on the floor and unmade beds, making it feel like I walked into someone else’s mess. Moving to a second room didn’t help much as it felt poorly maintained, which further dampened my experience.

The King Room was disappointingly unclean, with dust in various corners that couldn't be overlooked. The front desk staff seemed indifferent to our requests, adding to the frustration. One positive note was the enjoyable Belgian waffles from breakfast, which brightened the otherwise lackluster stay. Also, the checkout flexibility was appreciated, giving us a tad more time before we had to leave.
